As of 26-July-2008, Road Runner is using a third-party DNS blacklist to decide who can, and who CANNOT, send you email.
This blacklist operator has declared that our very expensive (commercial with static IP) internet connection is not qualified to be sending email.
When we tried to contact them to correct this we were told: "Tough."
If your email address ends in "rr.com" we cannot reply to your inquiries.
Please understand that this problem is the fault of Road Runner Cable and Trend Micro, the blacklist operator,
and since we are not their customer they are not going to listen to our comments.
Perhaps you, the Road Runner customer, might like to contact them and ask why they are allowing a third party to control what email gets to your inbox.
